    • 3/4 cup (5.75 ounces) granulated sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon coarse, kosher salt (use 1/4 teaspoon for table salt)
    • 1/3 cup (1.5 ounces) tapioca starch/flour (see note)
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1 tablespoon butter
